First choose a PDF file for the content

 

and then a PDF for the cover.

Both files will appear in the list after upload has been completed.

 

Next click Upload

 

After the upload has been completed, the files are checked. Wait

until the procedure has been completed and 100% is shown

behind both files.

Then click “Continue”
